Tasks

-Supervising and ensuring compliance with all safety policies, procedures, guidelines and laws -All work and decisions shall be conducted in strict compliance of all regulatory laws -Reading schematics and blueprints for power control, automation and customer technical support -Provide technical support of field startups (standard and non-standard systems), warranty efforts, remedial repairs, and preventative maintenance contracts -Conduct client communication in a highly customer service-oriented manner and potentially expand the scope of project work as well as negotiate any extra charges associated with work performed

What You Bring

-Power distribution, DC/AC, Voltage Circuit Theory and practical troubleshooting skills -High School Diploma / GED -Familiarity with all applicable codes and industry standards -3+ years experience with the following: -Strong project management skills with excellent decision making, organization and management capabilities -Excellent customer service, time management and follow-up skills -Individuals must possess a valid Driver's license in good standing -Must be self-directed and very committed to customer satisfaction -Experience with most types of automatic transfer switch testing -Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future -Applicant must carry a cell phone and be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. -Electrical power including low voltage through medium voltage switchgear in support of critical power facilities (IE data centers, airports, etc…) -Associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering -Proficient in taking care of client interactions and completing projects on time and within budget guidelines -Travel requirements: Up to 80% travel

Benefits

-The pay range for this position is $56,000 - $96,000 plus travel and overtime. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location. The position can be filled at a higher or lower level.
