Tasks

-Estimating experience to required level -Assist with improvement to the departmental processes and functions -Manage the financial element of the tendering process from receipt of documents to submission and understand fully the Infrastructure OWOW. -Mentor Junior members of the team and line manage where necessary. -Assist / manage the tender process. -Work with the bid team to arrive at the best net cost for a tender after consideration of commercial, financial, programming, risk, and resources.
