HV M&E Installation Supervisor

Tasks

-Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance. -Review and verify installation documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping. -Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise during installation. -Provide technical guidance and mentoring to site teams. -Supervise and coordinate the installation of AIS busbars up to 400kV. -Plan the work efficiently, organize plant, materials, and site facilities to meet agreed project deadlines. -Oversee the installation of HV equipment such as support structures, post CTs, CVTs and post insulators. -Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives to ensure smooth execution of site work. -Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with approved RAMS, ITPs, and check sheets.

What You Bring

-Experience installing HV equipment. -Relevant electrical or engineering qualifications. -Experience in HV substation installation works. -Experience in GIS installation. -Previous experience working with NG, SSE, and Scottish Power. -Strong understanding of documentation processes including RAMS, ITPs, and check sheets. -Experience in transformer installation. -Excellent leadership and communication skills. -Proven competence in installing AIS busbars up to 400kV. -Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
