Principal Product Manager, Digital - Data Center Capacity Management

Tasks

-Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals -Drive team alignment with organizational priorities and product goals -Translate complex technical requirements into clear product features and user stories -Ensure product scalability and availability by proactively managing infrastructure dependencies -Lead product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery and quality -Ensure architectural alignment with enterprise standards and scalability needs -Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to align product growth with data center capacity planning -Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and external partners -Monitor vendor deliverables and ensure compliance with quality and timeline expectations -Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional growth and development -Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales to ensure product-market fit and adoption -Manage and mentor a team of product owners and business analysts -Serve as the technical liaison between product and engineering teams, especially in Java-based full-stack environments -Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and career development -Negotiate contracts, manage vendor performance, and ensure alignment with product and organizational goals

What You Bring

-Understand and incorporate constraints and forecasts related to space, power, and cooling into product planning -10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role -Prior experience in building custom applications -Hands-on experience or strong understanding of data center capacity management, including space, power, and cooling considerations -Strong technical background in Java full-stack development (Spring Boot, REST APIs, Angular/React, etc.) -Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies with a track record of leading cross-functional Agile teams -Proven experience managing software products in enterprise or SaaS environments -Experience with hybrid/multi-cloud environment -Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills -Background in product analytics and customer feedback loops
