We are seeking a strong Contract and Commercial Manager to oversee the contract processes and commercial strategies for our projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills and a solid background in engineering project management. This position is critical for ensuring the successful management of our projects and building strong relationships with our clients and subcontractors. Dynamic and Experienced Contract & Commercial Manager Wanted! -Strong expertise in FIDIC contracts and at least 5 years of experience in this area. -Strong negotiation and communication skills in English. -Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering, Construction Management or Contract Law. -Proficiency in contract management software and the MS Office Suite. -Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. -At least 7 years of managerial experience in contract management within the construction industry. -Experience in contract management within the Middle Eastern construction sector.
