Tasks

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Resourcer to join our team. You will play a key role in assisting with the sourcing strategy, building long-term candidate pipelines, and supporting high-profile recruitment campaigns. You will also work closely with senior stakeholders to define hiring needs and attract top-tier talent to meet our Client’s dynamic project demands. -Help to improve internal processes and tools, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals -Attend events and conferences to help build your professional network -Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand their immediate role requirements -Develop and maintain a robust network and talent pool of passive and active candidates across key skill sets, ensuring immediate access to top talent when required -Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our Clients and their hiring needs -Track and analyse key metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality of hire, and present regular reports to senior management -Identify and attract Construction and Engineering professionals through direct sourcing, headhunting, networking and innovative resourcing methods

What You Bring

-Strong ability to manage multiple priorities -Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment -Expertise in recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) -Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. -Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or resourcing roles, ideally within a Construction or Engineering recruitment agency -Able to work independently and take initiative when required. -Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills -A keen learner and naturally inquisitive
