Tasks

-Contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness. -Aid in implementing operational procedures and guidelines. -Ensure compliance with relevant local and international real estate regulations and standards. -Assist with project coordination and administration to ensure timely project completion. -Manage daily operational tasks and provide administrative support to the operations team. -Support the creation and upkeep of project documentation, reports, and records. -Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Fluency in Arabic is required for effective communication with stakeholders and partners. -Fluency in Arabic is required. -Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Familiarity with OQOOD Registration system or similar platforms is advantageous. -RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) or PMI (Project Management Institute) certification is a plus. -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. -Experience with project registration on DLD portals is preferable.
