The Role

Overview

Manage daily office operations, facilities, vendors, health & safety in Brisbane.

Tasks

-Play an active part in our Health & Safety policy, ensuring the workplace is neat and tidy and actioning any issues quickly. -Manage the day-to-day workplace operations and facilities across our Brisbane office, including managing office services, office assets, and event coordination. -Work closely with our landlord and other stakeholders on a variety of issues – demonstrating your ability to be organised and work on multiple tasks simultaneously. -Providing workplace and facilities support to our Gold Coast and Maroochydore offices, ensuring consistency across all locations. -Assisting with space planning, office reshuffles, and refurbishment while ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. -Coordinate with vendors, service suppliers and building management to ensure the timely delivery of maintenance, delivery of services and office upgrades.

What You Bring

-Ideally, around 5+ years’ experience in workplace coordination, facilities management or operations management with a customer-centric focus. -A track record of working within a tight-knit team and delegating tasks as required. -Excellent working knowledge of the full Microsoft Suite with the ability to pick up new technologies quickly and efficiently. Exposure to AV systems is advantageous. -Outstanding people and communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of seniority. -Valid Drivers License (essential) and current (or willing to be trained) Fire Warden and First Aid trained. -Proven ability to multi-task and problem solve, with strong organisational skills.
