-Leads development of organization projects and processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving. -Leads team collecting and analyzing quality information from multiple sources to develop long-term quality strategy and programs. -Leads team providing production process analyses, ensuring quality standards are met and making recommendations for quality improvement -Establishes and implements long-term quality strategy, including plans, guidelines, policies and processes, to ensure the achievement of quality targets.
