Tasks
As a key member of our Smart Bus Technology team, you will support the NFI Connect team and will be accountable for completion and accuracy of assigned tasks at all phases of NFI Connect product oversight including module programming, plant ingestion requests/efforts, NFI Connect/telematic field updates, Geofencing, OTA, Troubleshooting and RI efforts (from service group) critical to NFI Connect. -Managing troubleshooting efforts and improvements -Implementing and creating standard processes -Provides support to Production, Quality Assurance, Customer Service Support, and other departments as required. -Acquiring and maintaining including an Engineering-level understanding of the system's capabilities and limitations -Developing and maintaining Smart Bus hardware and software procedures -Collaborating with others in setting-up and executing improvement projects -Providing Smart Bus technical support to the production line, internal and external customers as required -Acquires and maintains an expert command on the use of NFI Connect, including a functional understanding of the system's capabilities and limitations.

What You Bring
Upto 25% of travel is required in this position. -Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or graduation from a recognized Technical Institute as a Technologist. -Background in Bus and Coach operations and/or maintenance -Familiarity with telematics systems -Understanding of Bus and Coach electrical architecture and communication networks -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities -Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction -Excellent communication and teamwork skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite -Ability to manage projects and work independently
