Overview
Lead solo property manager for luxury central London residential portfolio.

Tasks
-Review and assess tenant referencing -Oversee marketing of properties and instruct sub-agents -Organise and oversee end-of-tenancy works -Liaise with agents regarding offers and prospective tenants -Prepare and manage property budgets and financial reporting -Regularly inspecting properties to ensure they are presentable -Manage check-in and check-out processes with inventory clerks -Ensure all legal property / tenant requirements and inspections are met -Carry out any tenancy renewals -Coordinate regular cleaning and maintenance schedules -Maintain tenant relationships and manage any issues that may arise -Deposit handling -Manage all statutory requirements and safety compliance across properties and buildings -Oversee ongoing block and building management

What You Bring
-Experience dealing directly with HNWIs in a high-expectation service environment -Attention to detail with a professional manner -Proactive customer service mindset -Preferred: ARLA qualified (or working towards) -Strong understanding of lettings and management processes including compliance -Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills -Calm and efficient conflict resolution -Comfortable using property management software (Arthur experience a plus, not required) -Ideally a minimum 7 years of experience in residential individual property management in central London -Some block management experience preferred but not essential -Experience of health and safety and licensing -Excellent written and verbal communication
