Tasks

-Handle ad hoc assignments and confidential projects with professionalism and discretion. -Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director, ensuring all tasks are handled efficiently and professionally. -Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and accurate minute-taking with timely follow-up on action items. -Track ongoing projects, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely execution and reporting. -Serve as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal teams, clients, and business partners, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on directives. -Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with precision and confidentiality. -Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive corporate, financial, and personnel information. -Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director. -Support the Managing Director in strategic initiatives, research, and preparation of executive summaries or briefing materials. -Prepare and organize documents, correspondence, reports, and high-level presentations.

What You Bring

Imperium Group is seeking a highly professional and discreet Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will handle a broad range of administrative and executive-level responsibilities, ensuring that the Managing Director’s time is optimized, communications are efficiently managed, and strategic priorities are executed seamlessly. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and absolute confidentiality. -Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail. -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and professional communication tools. -Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity. -Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders. -Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. -Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably within the construction, design, or corporate sectors in the UAE.
