Tasks

-Serve as the property owner’s main contact throughout the project life; -Negotiate and acquire easements from private property owners; -Create and maintain relationships with landowners to facilitate smooth ROW acquisition processes; -Collaborating with landowners and the internal team to ensure easement aligns with company needs; -Prepare and maintain accurate records of ROW agreements, negotiations, and correspondence;

What You Bring

-Strong Real Estate Acquisition experience and fundamental understanding of issues related to land acquisitions; -Minimum of two (2) years of Right of Way acquisition experience -Valid California Driver’s License -Ability to understand ROW regulations. -Active California Real Estate License -Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills; -Strong inter-personal relationship skills, and verbal and written communications skills. -Active California notary or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire -Competencies in conducting land rights research including understanding legal descriptions; -Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically, Excel, Word, and Outlook
