Tasks

-Lead the assessment, selection, and rationalization of acquired systems, ensuring optimal ROI and strategic fit. -Champion career development, training, and retention initiatives for critical talent across North America and Europe. -Cutting-edge innovation: Work on technologies at the intersection of materials science, energy storage, and advanced manufacturing that strengthen energy security and local supply chains. -Foster a collaborative, innovative, and accountable IT culture, aligned with the principles of agility, transparency, and trust. -Architect and lead a unified cybersecurity strategy based on Zero Trust principles, securing both corporate (IT) and factory floor (OT) environments. -Oversee the global hybrid infrastructure across cloud, data centers, and factory edge computing, ensuring high availability and scalability. -Translate the global IT roadmap into an actionable multi-year strategic plan with clear milestones aligned to the phased integration (Stabilize, Harmonize, Innovate). -Implement standardized ITSM practices and tools (e.g., Freshworks), enabling a Follow-the-Sun support model. -Drive the cultural integration of acquired entities through shared systems, collaboration tools, and standardized business processes—supporting the “One Lyten” vision. -Lead the design and deployment of the modern digital core (ERP – NetSuite, MES – Northcloud, PLM) that forms the backbone of global operations. -Ensure global compliance with GDPR, CMMC, SOX, ITAR, and other applicable international regulatory requirements. -Oversee data governance and cross-border data flows in alignment with global privacy standards and enterprise risk tolerance. -Build and embed “compliance by design” into system architectures, especially for federal and defense-facing product lines. -Establish and oversee a global Security Operations Center (SOC) and implement specialized OT security monitoring tools. -Play a key leadership role in the Integration Management Office (IMO), contributing to planning, governance, and execution of the post-merger roadmap. -Drive early wins in infrastructure, collaboration tools, and workforce enablement, demonstrating tangible post-merger value. -Build and lead high-performing global and regional IT teams, ensuring dual-reporting alignment to both local business needs and global standards. -Global impact: Help scale new materials and energy solutions that reinforce industrial resilience across the U.S. and Europe. -Ensure robust identity and access management, network segmentation, and endpoint protection across all global operations. -Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, providing direction on IT risk, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and compliance readiness.

What You Bring

-Expertise in global regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOX, CMMC, ITAR) and IT/OT security frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-171/172, ISO 27001). -Proven ability to manage large-scale infrastructure and application portfolios across distributed teams and time zones. -10+ years of progressive IT and cybersecurity leadership, including at least 5 years in a global or multi-region management role. -Demonstrated success leading complex IT integrations, ERP implementations (preferably NetSuite), and digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing or industrial environments. -Certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CISA, ITIL, PMP, CCSP. -Teamwork and culture: Experience a workplace built on trust, respect, and shared success — where collaboration fuels breakthroughs and everyone’s ideas are heard. -Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
