Overview

Lead a 1-2 person survey crew performing topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys.

Tasks

-Use of Robotic Total Stations, GPS, and data collectors -Lead a one or two-person field crew -Process topographic, boundary and ALTA Surveys using AutoCAD/Civil 3D or OpenRoads Designer -Conduct property legal research both online and at County government offices -Prepare construction staking materials, including point files -Check field files & notes for accuracy and completeness -Perform / oversee field work for topographic, boundary, roadway and ALTA Surveys -Upload and download data collector files

What You Bring

-Some experience with AutoCAD or Civil3D -Although a Professional Surveyor license in the State of Ohio is not required; We are committed to supporting our team members in their professional growth and will assist qualified candidates in obtaining their Professional Surveyor License. -Knowledge of Trimble Robotic Total Stations and GNSS data collection -Frequent travel will be required based on various projects based on client needs.
