Overview

Supervise crew and lay pipe for storm, sewer, and water mains.

Key Responsibilities

• trench grading
• pipe placement
• joint sealing
• pipe laying
• crew supervision

Tasks

-Perform any combination of the following tasks: grade trenches or culverts, position pipe, or seal joints -Lay pipe for storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains -Supervise, coordinate, and schedule crew of 5-15 construction employees daily

What You Bring

-Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs -Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment -3 years Commercial Construction Pipe Layer Foreman experience preferred -Must be able to stand for extended periods of time in all weather condidtions -Requires standing for long periods, working in all types of weather (including exposure to extremes of hot and cold) and in all kinds of work environments -Heavy physical labor associated with construction site
