The Role

Overview

Operate and troubleshoot shell molding equipment, ensure quality, maintain documentation.

Tasks

-Processes the components or semi-products/products according to engineering specifications and quality standards and continuously performs improvement analysis. -Use hand tools, including wrenches, Allen wrenches, and screwdrivers. -Performs basic or specifically defined maintenance operations; collaborates with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues. -Inputs mold into Shell automated system following Work Instructions in Mercury and set-up and troubleshooting operations of automated systems and auxiliary equipment. -Operate sandblast cabinet and monitor maintaining good documentation practices.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated mechanical skills. -Evidence of a completed High school or GED is required. -Ability to read Engineering instructions. -Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. -This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
