Manage and administer maintenance contracts, estimates, tenders, and payments for town council projects.

Tasks

-Prepare and ensure accuracy of project cost estimates and specifications for all Cyclical, Additions & Alterations and Improve works etc. under the Contract -Update and administer both pre and post contract administration works -Monitor maintenance budget and prepare progress payment to ensure cashflow projections are met and payments are promptly made to contractors and suppliers -Advise on the selection of suitable contractors / specialist for the routine maintenance work, services and supplies -Prepare, call and administer various tenders for the routine maintenance work, services and supplies
