Overview

Operate survey gear, collect field data, and lead crew for mapping and construction staking.

Tasks

-Responsible for assisting the Party Chief in the day to day operation of the survey crew. -Drive a company vehicle (when required) to and from job sites -Perform in a leadership capacity organizing, training and instructing other crew members. -Collecting data utilizing automated and field books. -Operate all equipment, maintain a safe work environment, protect and maintain equipment and vehicles, accurately and efficiently collect field data and locate features using a Total Station, levels and GPS equipment.

What You Bring

-Experience with Trimble GPS (Static and RTK), TDS Survey Pro and/or FDOT’s EFB/CEFB data collection systems -Lift a minimum of 50lbs when required -Required to remain standing for a minimum of eight (8) hours per day and walk long distances
