Tasks

-Development and oversight of project delivery team training programs for Digital/BIM applications and processes. -Recruits, trains, and evaluates staff. -Serves as Lead Verifier on projects confirming that the technical approach satisfies the client scope of services and expectations. -Responsible of the implementation of the organization digital initiatives within C&I business line. -Develops and implements strategy for Digital Transformation of end-market business. -Reviews and signs-off of Project BIM Execution Plans. -Provides regular updates on team and project performance to practice leads. -In charge of BIM implementation on major projects. -Research on new tools and processes to improve project delivery. -Serves as Account Admin for the C&I business line CDE. -Interface with Clients on major projects. -Manages DPD team members. -Responsible for office BIM Standards, templates, library, etc. to enable efficient use of digital tools. -Provides input into bids; methodology and staffing.

What You Bring

-Minimum 15+ years of experience, with 7+ years in a BIM coordination role. 5 Years of Supervisory experience is required. -Degree in relevant engineering e.g. Civil, structural or other relevant BSc Degree. BIM accreditation/certification required. Understanding of ISO 19650 and BS n PAS 1192
