Tasks

-Plans, organizes and implements business development activities for engineering and construction markets at regional and national levels. -Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring effective communication and alignment between clients and AECOM project managers. -Lead and perform extensive strategy and business development for internal and external clients. -Prepares and deliver technical presentations and innovative solutions to clients demonstrates technical expertise. -as Senior Engineer, provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise. -Collaborate closely with marketing, project management, geotechnical, and multidisciplinary teams to develop capture strategies, prepare proposals, define commercial approaches, and deliver competitive bids.

What You Bring

-Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas to diverse audiences. -6 or more years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering -10+ years of progressive experience in geotechnical engineering on complex multidisciplinary projects. -Preferred to have federal, provincial and municipal government project experience. -B.Sc. (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering, -Must be registered as a P.Eng. -Collaborative team player with proven ability to build strong working relationships across disciplines -Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills.
