Overview
Assist superintendent in home construction, learn process, shadow meetings, maintain site.

Tasks
-Help ensure on-site safety as well as compliance with all company policies and procedures. -Learn and understand the home building process and the schedule. -Learn how to create a good open working relationship with the sales team at your job site – communicate with them weekly on any customer issues for a unified Arbor front. -Shadow pre-construction meetings, pre-drywall meetings, orientation walks and closing walks. -Maintain constant job site readiness daily for the contractor base such as keeping houses, garages, lots, and common areas clean. -Assist the Superintendent with the management of all functions of the job site as it relates to home construction -Shadow weekly phone calls with buyers who are under construction to enhance their experience and drive customer satisfaction.

What You Bring
-Sense of urgency and proactiveness -Predictive Index Training -2 years Collegiate course work (Sophomore / Junior / Senior Grade Level) -Ability to follow direction -Shadowing and training experiences with knowledgeable professionals -Ability to understand a quality, timely build that ends with a signed off home and happy homeowner -Communication and follow up -High School Diploma -Remote Work is not available - must be located in Indianapolis, IN*
