What You Bring
-Level 1 & 2 stressing -Knowledge of relevant standards, procedures and instructions -Hold or be working towards an NVQ level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject or have attained the appropriate level of knowledge gained through equivalent relevant experience -A minimum of 5 years' experience in undertaking maintenance tasks including S&C replacement and renewal -Knowledge of discipline-specific maintenance, inspection, faulting and renewal techniques -A clear and inspirational leader with a strong sense of direction -Experience of organising and controlling the safe and efficient delivery of work -Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing -Hold Safety Critical Competencies COSS CRP and PC -Hold Tr04 and Tr11 Competence -Able and willing to drive vehicles as required by business need, this may also include driving vehicles up to 7.5t and a requirement to upgrade their driving licence by undertaking additional training -Hold Safety Critical Competencies Strapping, NSCD (Ops) and Engineering Superviso r
