Tasks

-Communicate provisions made to mitigate documentation gaps and scope concerns. -Meet internal and external timelines with accuracy. -Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and post-bid reviews as needed. -Review construction project drawings and specs. -Build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members, subcontractors, and suppliers. -Produce itemized labor and material takeoffs, using Climate Pros tools, to generate project estimates with a defined scope of work.
