In this position, you’ll lead and mentor a skilled engineering design team, ensuring all projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to world-class standards. As Engineering Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of design and technical excellence — guiding a talented team, tackling complex challenges, and delivering engineering solutions that make a real impact across multiple industries. -Overseeing design, modification, and upgrade projects for high-integrity pump systems. -Driving continuous improvement across design, process, and product quality. -Ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards. -Building strong internal and external relationships to enhance customer satisfaction. -Collaborating closely with operations and support teams to achieve performance targets. -Providing technical leadership and problem-solving expertise.

What You Bring
You’ll be a confident and capable engineering leader with a strong background in mechanical or rotating equipment design. You’re someone who thrives on solving technical challenges and developing people to reach their full potential. -A degree, HND, or equivalent experience in mechanical or design engineering. -Proficiency in CAD and simulation tools (e.g. SolidWorks, ANSYS). -Proven experience working with industrial or rotating pumps.
