Tasks
Design and scale the company's AI and automation roadmap from scratch. Act as the bridge between technical specialists and senior business leaders - translating complex capability into commercial value. Deliver real business outcomes - from smarter customer experiences to streamlined internal operations. Champion responsible, explainable AI, ensuring innovation is paired with governance and trust. If you're an experienced AI or Data Science or Engineering leader who thrives on building teams and delivering transformation - this is a standout opportunity to do career-defining work in Dublin's growing AI scene. Technical grounding in Python, R, or SAS, and familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms. 7+ years' experience in data science, AI/ML, or engineering, with a clear record of turning AI ideas into production solutions. Experience within financial services, insurance, or other complex regulated industries is beneficial but not essential. Comfortable working directly with executive stakeholders to define priorities and secure buy-in.
