Tasks

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Lead a team of engineers and technical staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management. - Coordinate works with relevant departments to prevent operational disruptions. - Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for HVAC, MEP, Building System and other critical systems. - Monitored operational expenses, prepared forecasts, and implemented cost controls to optimize budget utilization. - Utilize CMMS/CAFM software for efficient work order management, asset tracking and reporting. - Built and maintained strong relationships with vendors and contractors, overseeing vendor selection, contract negotiation, and service-level agreements (SLAs). - Control petty cash usage and track monthly expenditures for multiple properties. - Coordinate with internal departments for planning, upgrades, and repairs. - Oversee the technical operations and maintenance of facilities, ensuring compliance with industry best practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. - Review and approve technical proposals and maintenance contracts. - Generated detailed reports for management, including KPIs, maintenance activities, and compliance audits.

What You Bring

Excellent communication in English and Arabic. Strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor management skills. Experience in operating multi-floor commercial buildings, large outdoor plazas, and residential properties. 7+ years of experience in facility management or property operations, ideally with a real estate developer. - Provided financial insights to senior management, focusing on revenue generation, cost reductions, and resource allocation. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering preferred. - Deep understanding of international standards compliance (SFG20, NFPA & OSHA) and local KSA regulatory requirements. Professional certifications such as FMP (Facility Management Professional) or equivalent are an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD or experience with Odoo system (Maintenance, Projects, or Facility modules) is an advantage.
