Manage roofing projects, supervise subcontractors, and communicate with customers

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Prepare and collect invoices once the job is complete -Help to supervise projects involving subcontractors and be the main point of contact for the customer during the project -Look for other necessary repairs, i.e., roofing, gutters, windows, etc -Follow all safety procedures -Ensure necessary repairs for homeowners are completed as described in the scope of work. -Communicate with homeowners during projects, start to finish -Be on call for after-hours emergency calls if on rotation

• 1-3 years
