Tasks

The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business. Safety is our primary priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project. As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region. It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks. -Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew’s start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently. Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor. -Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules. -Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. -Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site. These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased. -Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project. This includes but is not limited to communication with: -Monitor and manage the Field Reps. Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation. Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required. -Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team. -Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500. -Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew. Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable. Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis. -WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor. -Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. -Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings. -Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep.

What You Bring

-Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required. -Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. -30-hour OSHA certification -Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays. -Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry. -Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects. -Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep-sloop roofing systems, and how to repair them properly. -Ability to read, write, and speak English. -Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed. -Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Benefits

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $53,000 and $65,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
