-Proven success in negotiating and acquiring land, while navigating through the unique obstacles inherent in the local market -A minimum of five years of experience in residential, single and/or multi-family land acquisitions -Bachelor's Degree (JD or Master’s degree is a plus) -A history of leadership roles showing the ability to manage large-scale building projects or land portfolios, preferably in residential development
