Tasks

-Capturing social media content including stills, video and interviews with employees / customers -Managing content calendar for the company across all social platforms -Assist in upcoming expo and conference preparation such as ordering company branded merchandise -Organizing and maintaining company marketing content folders -Ensure all marketing efforts align with brand guide and strategy -Strategize, Write and schedule posts for Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram to drive engagement and brand awareness -Explore and adopt new digital/social channels for our business, as appropriate and necessary -Support the Vice President in daily administrative tasks as well as other duties as assigned -Monitor engagement analytics and adjust messaging to strengthen reach and resonance -Write content and design for print marketing

What You Bring

-Possesses strong organization, critical thinking and communication skills -Experience with editing photos and videos -Must be proficient or advanced in Canva, Adobe Illustrator -Social media expertise of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn -This position is roughly 20-25 hours per week with flexibility needed around setting up for expos and upcoming events -Some travel required to attend expos and other company events around the country -Self-directed, with excellent time management -Obsessive attention to detail -Aptitude with Google Suite -Have or are working toward your Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as: Marketing or Communications
