The Role
Overview
Handle parts sales, customer inquiries, order processing, and inventory coordination.

Tasks
-Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely picking, packing, and delivery of parts. -Accountability and Ownership - Manages projects with minimal supervision and ensures quality results. -Assist in processing returns or warranty claims by collecting the required documentation and coordinating with the warranty team. -Prepare quotations, create sales orders, and follow up with customers on order confirmations, backorders, or delivery schedules. -Maintain proper records of all transactions, customer data, quotations, and delivery notes in the ERP or inventory system -Stay updated on parts catalogues, equipment models, and part compatibility for various brands -Collaboration & Influence - Builds networks across functions and resolves conflicts constructively. -Contribute to monthly or quarterly sales goals by actively promoting parts and upselling related items or service packages. -Handle customer inquiries (walk-in, phone, email) and provide accurate parts information, pricing, and availability.

What You Bring
-Agility and Adaptability - Manages change smoothly and supports others during transitions. -Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in spare parts sales, preferably in heavy equipment or automotive industry -Basic knowledge of warehousing and supply chain processes -Ability to identify parts using catalogues or electronic parts manuals (EPC) -Strong communication and customer service skills -Good knowledge of cars / heavy equipment parts and components -Proficiency in ERP/Inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) -Customer Focus - Understands customer challenges and takes initiative to resolve them effectively. -Bachelor’s degree in in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or Business
