Overview
Recruit and hire candidates for exempt and non‑exempt roles, managing full-cycle recruiting.

Tasks
-Schedules interviews and provides hiring managers interview guides. -May assist entry level recruiters or onboarding specialists. -Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions. -Screens applications and selects qualified candidates. -Collaborates with HR business partners and department managers to confirm job descriptions and hiring criteria. -Develops and extends offers with input from the hiring manager, HR partner, and compensation as needed. -Posts and advertises position openings. -Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. -Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process. -Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

What You Bring
-Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. -SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus. -Self-starter: ability to identify a need, take action, and drive for results. -Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required. -A minimum of two years of recruiting experience is required. Additional HR experience is preferred. -Excellent organizational skills. -Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines. -Ability to adapt and adjust as needed in a growing environment. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews. -Lift up to 10 lbs. -Strong verbal and written communication skills. -SHRM-CP preferred. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. -Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
