Tasks

-Oversee HOA violations, prioritizing severe cases, and ensuring effective resolution. -Collaborate with the Centralized HOA department and property management teams to support approvals, requests, and registrations. -Provide consistent updates to District Leaders on HOA-related issues and work orders. -Engage with residents and HOAs to facilitate the resolution of violations. -Conduct property visits to verify and resolve reported violations. -Build and maintain constructive partnerships with local HOAs, participating in meetings and votes as necessary. -Craft strategies to reduce the frequency and impact of HOA violations in communities with high occurrence rates. -Regularly update and manage records of Leasing Restricted communities to align with investment standards.

What You Bring

-Background in Customer Service is preferred. -Familiarity with Microsoft CRM Dynamics and Yardi is preferred. -High School diploma or GED required. -Experience in Property Management or with HOAs/City regulations is preferred. -Valid driver’s license required. -Strong verbal and written communication skills. -Bachelor’s Degree preferred. -Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
