Tasks
-Provide specialist support to the Performance team in relation to data analysis and reporting, providing quality data that will influence change to the business. -Assist with data governance tasks such as data cataloguing, data lineage, data policy enforcement, data issue resolution and data reporting. -Collaborate with data owners, data stewards and data analysts to ensure that data is properly defined, documented and governed across the organisation. -Support the Data Governance Lead to deliver high quality data analysis and reporting and drive MSV’s digital transformation project work - particularly our Stronger Business project work. -Assist with the implementation of a staff training system and document business processes related to data governance

What You Bring
We are looking to recruit an experienced Data Governance Analyst to join our established team. Reporting to our Performance & Assurance Manager our Data Governance Analyst will support our data quality, security and compliance initiatives. -Experience and understanding of KPIs and Performance Management -Knowledge of data governance principles, frameworks and methodologies -Previous experience working within the social housing sector is desirable. -Good knowledge of data governance, data quality, data management is essential for the role. -Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to produce accurate and transparent reporting to support many projects -Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
