The Role

Overview

Coordinate resources, meetings, and information for industrial steel fabrication projects.

Tasks

-Implements meetings and documents minutes. -Removes obstacles and barriers to ensure the reliability of the production schedule. -Owns vendor, subcontractor, and client relations -Supports team at operations and project management levels -Ensures the alignment of services, equipment, and materials is reliable and consistent. -Arranges and schedules deliveries and drop offs. -Manages document control and permitting for logistics team. -Expense reporting and job cost analysis

What You Bring

-Great verbal and written communication skills are required -Must have construction experience -Ability to multitask -Extreme attention to detail -Proactive & Trustworthy -Works well Under Pressure -3+ years’ experience in related field -Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Outlook) & basic computer/internet skills -Effective Communicator -Must be proactive, self-disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of an awesome team. -PO experience preferred
