Promote and lease student housing, handling tours, outreach, and marketing.

Tasks

-This may include bending, stooping, and lifting throughout the workday. -Conduct informative tours of our community for prospective students, parents, groups, etc., highlighting unique features and amenities that make Hub the best place to live. -Utilize effective sales techniques to close leases by demonstrating urgency and aligning our floorplans with prospects' lifestyle preferences. -Guide prospects through the leasing process with professionalism and exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. -Connect with prospective residents to build rapport and understand their housing needs. -Execute daily outreach efforts on campus and in student hotspots throughout the market to generate leads and increase brand awareness. -Organize and participate in events to spread brand awareness and attract potential future residents.

What You Bring

-Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by New Development Manager or New -Proficient in Office Products and Windows and Apple operating systems. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and connect with diverse audiences. -Must be available for additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary. -Must be available to work a full shift which is a minimum of 3 hours per shift. -Must be able to complete all physical requirements of this role with or without a reasonable accommodation. -Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, as required by the demands of the job. -High School Diploma or equivalent -Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or related fields preferred. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. -Knowledge of the student housing industry or real estate leasing practices is a plus.
