Tasks

Prepare detailed designs, drawings, and specifications using Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and efficient design solutions. Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development. Participate in company and individual performance-based bonus schemes. Support business development activities - a 3% commission is available on new business generated. Lead and deliver above-ground public health design solutions, including hot and cold water services, waste, drainage, showers, gyms, and tea points.
