Tasks

-Submit verbal and written reports on project status to management. -Management of construction, process and facility coordination, cost estimating and scheduling. -Develop job progress schedule to ensure that actual construction parallels with the schedule. -Coordinate with customer counterparts to develop estimates for the designated areas. Ensure that the scope provided is complete and estimate has proper scope. -Quality management, ensure construction compliance with contract documents. -Work closely with subcontractors onsite on a regular basis for project planning, execution, and close out. -Coordinate with customer counterpart teams, both electrical and mechanical, to establish scope and schedule of proposed areas. -Schedule and coordinate all design and construction, including selection, hiring, and oversight of subcontractors. -Develop and manage schedules required to perform work in the designated areas as needed. -Responsible for executing projects with regard to scope, schedule and budget. -Responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses for compliance with building and safety codes. -Safety/Risk management – ensure a safe construction environment and manage risk opportunities. -Time management ensures that projects get completed with the plan. -Provide construction management support to help develop and execute work to support the decommissioning of the facilities. -Responsible for the communication, implementation and enforcement of Gray’s safety program on site. -Organize and maintain job files to ensure continuity of workflow. -Attend meetings and develop progress reports as required to provide proper coordination and communication for the Dart team. -Review shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with scope of work. Project management/ construction management from inception to completion.
