Tasks

-Project Management: Oversee complex project delivery with timely updates, risk mitigation, and compliance, while leading PMO operations, optimizing client value through cost savings, and building a reliable supply chain of delivery partners. -Financial Oversight: Manage project finances and resource allocation to ensure profitability, while delivering accurate reports and cost controls across APAC, and presenting strategic insights to senior leadership and client stakeholders. -Leadership & Strategy: Lead a high-performing, cross-regional team to deliver inclusive, innovative project development services in APAC, aligning with Cushman & Wakefield’s strategic goals and fostering professional growth through mentorship and technology adoption. -Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering customized project solutions and serving as the key liaison for major initiatives, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders on scope and budget through Steering Committee engagements.

What You Bring

-Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale development projects from conception to completion. -Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills. -Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, development services, or related roles within the real estate industry, with a focus on the Asia Pacific market. -Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both English and local languages preferred. Ability to travel across the Asia Pacific region as required.
