-Preparing accurate and timely cost estimates that reflect project requirements, site conditions, and client needs. -Developing cost plans, order of magnitude budgets, and design-to-cost budgets. -Compiling tender summaries, risk registers, and contributing to written methodologies and proposals. -Presenting commercial strategies at adjudication meetings and handing over successful bids to delivery teams. -Continuously seeking feedback and driving business improvement initiatives -Analysing method-related costs and temporary works in collaboration with project teams.
