Oversee HSE compliance and safety programs for hotel/high‑rise construction projects.

Tasks
-Advise Project Managers and Supervisors on accident prevention, safe work methods, and risk mitigation. -Record, analyze, and report HSE performance indicators to ensure project targets are achieved. -Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local regulatory requirements. -Plan and execute monthly site inspections and quarterly subcontractor HSE audits, ensuring timely corrective actions. -Promote HSE awareness campaigns, safety posters, and incentive programs across project sites. -Lead the implementation and compliance of the Project Health & Safety Management Plan (PHSP) and HSE Management Programme. -Coordinate and conduct HSE training sessions, toolbox talks, and safety committee meetings. -Support continuous improvement of HSE systems and contribute to developing a strong safety culture across all project teams. -Conduct environmental and health measurements (noise, lux, etc.) in line with HSE plans. -Lead incident investigations, conduct root cause analysis, and prepare detailed reports within set timeframes.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hotel projects and/or high-rise building construction, with a strong background in managing safety programs and compliance on complex, multi-disciplinary sites. We are seeking an experienced Senior HSE Coordinator to support our HSE Manager and Project Leadership Team in implementing and maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensuring full compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations. -NEBOSH Diploma / Level 6 OHS qualification or equivalent certification. -Proven experience in hotel projects and high-rise building construction is required. -Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. -Additional certifications in Fire Safety, Scaffolding, Rigging, Accident Investigation, and ISO Auditing (OHSMS & EMS) are preferred. -ERP knowledge (preferably SAP) is an advantage. -In-depth knowledge of QCS 2014, local HSE laws, and international safety standards. -Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
