  • Être prévoyant (délais), capacité à gérer la pression, disponibilité.
  • Planification, organisation, résolution de problèmes et relations interpersonnelles;
  • MS Project (atout);
  • Faire preuve d’initiative, de discrétion et de professionnalisme;
  • Excellente maîtrise du français;
  • Expérience pertinente sur des projets de génie civil;
  • Offrir une assistance technique au surintendant et aux contremaîtres pour les travaux de remblai du barrage ;
  • Savoir vulgariser et communiquer son message au travailleur et à l’équipe d’exécution;
  • Expérience en essais de laboratoire (atout);
  • Capacité de travailler dans différents types d’ouvrage (excavation, structure & voirie) (atout);
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches techniques et administratives relatives à la réalisation d'un projet de construction majeur.
  • Titulaire d’une technique en génie civil ou autre formation équivalente;
  • AutoCAD (atout).
  • Connaissance de Microsoft (Word, Excel, Access);
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (atout);
