-Coordination and Support: Collaborate with project teams to resolve construction issues and ensure timely project completion. Provide technical support and guidance to contractors and construction personnel. Participate in project meetings and provide input on construction methods, materials, and schedules -Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other relevant documentation. -Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding inspection results and project status. -Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed inspection reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions. What You Bring
Certifications: (e.g., ICC, NICET) are highly desirable. -Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. -Construction Inspectors with 1+, 8+, and 15+ years of relevant experience could be considered. Experience in Maryland is preferred. -High School Diploma -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural or Geotechnical or Environmental or Electrical or Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. -Knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations. o Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Proficiency in using inspection tools and software.
