- Advanced knowledge of route optimization and fleet management principles
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of safety regulations, compliance requirements, and transportation policies
- Strong project management skills with PMP or similar certification preferred
- Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and relevant software applications
- Background in facilities management or corporate real estate services
- Hands-on experience managing shuttle service operations with 12-seater vehicles and above
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in transportation operations
