Provide expert cost advice across all stages of construction projects, from early feasibility and design development through to procurement, contract administration, and final account. You’ll help clients maximise value while managing cost risks and financial decisions.

What You Bring

With direct access to experienced leaders and structured training, you’ll build your expertise quickly while working on a broad range of projects that develop your technical and commercial skills. -Experience of estimating and cost planning, -Familiarity with Australian construction legislation, standards, and procurement frameworks -2 days WFH -Proficiency in cost-management software and reporting tools, with AIQS or RICS accreditation (or working towards it) -Ability to present cost advice clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a collaborative environment
