Tasks

-Inspect electrical components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair. -Ensure all electrical systems are compliant with local, state, and federal codes. -Coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed for specialized projects. -Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications. -Promote and maintain a safe working environment, following all safety policies and procedures. -Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments to support facility goals. -Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation. -Respond quickly to service calls and emergency repairs as needed. -Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and system modifications. -Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, circuit breakers, lighting, outlets, and equipment in accordance with NEC standards.

What You Bring

-High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred. -Excellent communication and organizational skills. -Must be able to work on ladders, scaffolding, and in tight or elevated spaces. -Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, power distribution, and safety codes. -Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work. -Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals. -Proficient in using hand and power tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic tools. -Arizona Valid Journeyman Electrician Credentials -Valid Journeyman Electrician Credentials. -Wireman certification -Exposure to noise, dust, and other environmental conditions commonly found in manufacturing and facility settings. -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
