Tasks

You’ll lead a dedicated team, ensure top-quality results, and keep our sites looking their best, safely, efficiently, and on time. From planning and resource coordination to mentoring staff and maintaining client relationships, you’ll be at the heart of it all. -Carry out quality checks to maintain high standards across all sites -Coordinate staff, subcontractors, vehicles, machinery, and equipment -Communicate effectively with clients, attending meetings and resolving any issues on site -Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members -Plan and schedule daily workloads, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time -Identify and price additional works where required, supporting continuous improvement -Supervise and support grounds maintenance and tree work teams on-site -Monitor health and safety compliance, including RAMS, permits, and site inspections

What You Bring

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for the outdoors? We’re looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to take charge of our grounds and tree works operations. -Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills -Confident communicator with a hands-on leadership style -Proven experience as a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor or Team Leader -Full UK driving licence (essential) -Strong background in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or horticulture
