Tasks

-Prepare and submit proposal package. -Follow up on proposals. -Communicate with contractors, vendors, subcontractors, install crews, etc. -Review contract prior to submitting for execution. -Coordinate material order/delivery. -Prepare and deliver submittal package. -Review plan sets and determine entire scope of work. -Perform takeoff and submit proposal. -Coordinate installation.

What You Bring

-Experience in construction field as a superintendent, project manager or estimator. -Experience navigating bid documents including blueprints, specifications, preliminary schedules, etc. -Valid driver’s license -Clean driving record -Must be professional and presentable when interacting with customers or vendors. -Must be well versed in using computers, tablets, smart phones, etc.
