What You Bring

-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team -A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required -Willingness to work on-call upon advancement to a service technician role -Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems -Excellent communication and customer service skills -EPA certification (Type II or Universal) for handling refrigerants -A strong desire to learn about commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and restaurant equipment -Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -Experience as a Commercial HVAC, Refrigeration, or Restaurant Equipment Technician is preferred but not required -Ability to pass a background check
